Events Time Changing/ 12April Updates?

So yup, I am thinking on changing clan event time, because not many people come on at the time of event.
The new time will be decided by us all, but with one thing.
I want everyone to post screen shoots of clan tabs during the week rush hours with the time under it for example

12April, Jagex going to release some updates on clan, meaning that if we register our clan we will have our clan flagstaff, cloak(cape) and some more things, I can't stay alot atm, but I will register our clan there of course .
