Once downloaded extract it on your comp, open your minecraft press on texture packs, then press open folder
Go one folder back with that button go on Saves, rename my minecraft save to like a free world you got like World 3
Then copy paste and u can play it

Ok no i wont my laptop randomly shut down even though it was still full charge.
Went on it again checked to see if my world was there and
NOPE it had all gone.
